| Capone’s culinary indulgences and physical dimensions, John Kobler, author
of the book CAPONE states: Mountains of pasta and Niagaras of Chianti had
deposited layers of fat, but the muscle beneath the fat was rock hard… He
stood 5 feet 10 ˝ inches and weighed 255 pounds. Al Capone was born in
Brooklyn, New York on January 17, 1899. He arrived in Chicago around 1919.
By 1926 he had put the Windy City on the map and became a world famous
celebrity. He ruled the Chicago Mob until his conviction for tax evasion in
October of 1931.. The mystique of the Prohibition Era and the legacy of Al
Capone will live on forever. This commemorative Al Capone Vino was created
in recognition of Capone’s legendary status: Keeping Big Al’s memory alive
through a product that is inherently connected to him; a product that he
consumed and enjoyed on a regular basis. – Salute! Enjoy Al Capone Vino Responsibly... |
